Eris uses a science informed approach to guide students through the art of aerial acrobatics, fire, circus conditioning, and flexibility, blending physical discipline with creative exploration. In the air, Eris teaches across all aerial acrobatics discplines, trapeze, silks, hoop, corde lisse, straps, and beyond, helping each mover discover strength through fluidity and presence. With fire, Eris invites students to work in harmony with dangerous elemental forces balancing precision, awareness, and artistry. Eris's approach cultivates confidence, resilience, and expression, empowering every student to uncover their own unique voice. Eris uses kinesiology based injury prevention to prepare students for the physical demands of training, as well as to improve their general quality of life, implementing sports psychology, philosophy, and method acting to aid students through their pursuit of circus training and act creation.
Eris D'Eir is currently an instructor at Académie de Cirque, The National Circus School of Montréal, École de Cirque de Verdun, and is available for private lessons in aerial acrobatics, flexibility, conditioning, and act creation both online and in person in one of the many wonderful studios in Montréal.
